Position: Virtual Assistant

Description: Use your talents and work from home as a virtual assistant.  You will be asked to perform a variety of administrative task including but not limited to:

  • Word Processing
  • Creating and working with Excel Spreadsheets
  • Desktop Publishing
  • Creating PowerPoint Presentations
  • Appointment Setting
  • Data Entry
  • Mailing and Stuffing Envelopes
  • Bookkeeping
  • Proofreading/Editing
  • Website Support

Requirements: You must be able to work from home and have access to a computer.  Having the software listed below is also key in necessary to perform the job.  Having all the programs below is not mandatory.

Must me proficient in:

  • Microsoft Word
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Microsoft PowerPoint

Would be helpful if proficient in:

  • Microsoft Publisher
  • Quick Books
  • Access
  • Microsoft Expression

Must have experience as a administrative assistant. All candidates should possess excellent grammar and spelling skills, as well as a professional phone manner.
